The Awards intend:

  1. to valorise the best bread and bakery products from Rome and the Lazio region in order to favour their knowledge and strengthen their presence in national and international markets, awarding those quality products that could be appreciated by consumers;
  2. to stand out the most innovative bakery products coming from Rome and the Lazio region and favour a comparison between local and national companies;
  3. to encourage bakers towards a constant improvement of product quality in order to cater for the diverse food habits;
  4. to favour the development of start-ups and, more generally speaking, of youth entrepreneurship.
